Job Description

We are seeking an E-commerce Operation Specialist to manage and optimize our online presence across platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in e-commerce operations, and motivated to drive sales growth while enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations, including order processing, inventory management, and shipping logistics.
  • Manage and optimize presence on e-commerce marketplaces.
  • Upload and update product listings, ensuring accuracy, attractive content, and search optimization.
  • Create effective and engaging campaign materials.
  • Provide excellent after-sales service, handling customer inquiries and issues.
  • Monitor category performance, track daily operations, and ensure sales targets are achieved.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities
  • Manage platform advertising/traffic, optimizing ROI.
  • Communicate with platform partners to negotiate resources and opportunities.
    Plan and execute online sales campaigns (9.9, 11.11, Black Friday, festive sales).

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
  • 1–2 years' experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, RedMart, NTUC).
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
  • Strong adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, ability to multitask, detail-oriented, with good communication skills.
    Singaporeans / PRs only.
