The primary role of a trainer is to deliver high-quality training sessions to diverse groups of learners. Key responsibilities include maintaining a professional learning environment, ensuring all training materials are up-to-date and accurate, and collaborating with colleagues to develop tools that enhance the learning experience.
- Deliver engaging training sessions to meet diverse learner needs.
- Maintain the physical learning environment to ensure it presents a professional atmosphere.
- Ensure all training materials are current, accurate, and readily available for users.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative learning tools.
To be successful in this role, applicants should possess strong presentation and classroom management skills, effective oral and written communication skills, and minimal implementation and/or support experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Strong desktop tool usage including Word, Excel, Email, and PowerPoint.
- Effective interpersonal relationship skills.
