**Role Overview**

As the **Learning Experience Manager**, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a best-in-class learning experience across all Vertical Institute courses. You will set the standard for instructor quality, support continuous improvement, and make sure that every learner — regardless of course or instructor — receives an engaging, high-quality education.

**Responsibilities Instructor Onboarding & Quality Assurance**
- Design and implement instructor onboarding and training programs
- Observe live or recorded classes to ensure teaching quality
- Create a standardized teaching playbook to guide delivery across all courses
- Develop instructor evaluation frameworks and implement performance reviews

**Learning Experience Design & Optimization**
- Define what “great learning experience” means at the Vertical Institute
- Collaborate with curriculum designers to ensure content is easy to teach and engaging to learn
- Identify areas of friction in the student journey and propose solutions to improve class flow

**Instructor Development & Coaching**
- Organize monthly workshops to upskill and align instructors
- Provide 1-on-1 coaching and feedback based on class reviews and student feedback
- Cultivate a feedback culture among instructors for continuous improvement

**Quality Metrics & Feedback Loops**
- Monitor NPS, CSAT, class attendance, dropout rates, and post-class surveys
- Identify trends and issues in student feedback
- Report monthly on learning quality, instructor performance, and improvement areas

**Requirements**:

- 3-7 years of experience in instructional design, adult education, academic operations, or edtech
- Strong understanding of teaching and learning best practices (esp. for adult learners)
- Experience in onboarding, managing, or training instructors/tutors/teachers
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage quality across multiple courses and instructors
- Excellent communication, empathy, and coaching abilities
- Bonus: Experience at a training provider, university, or edtech company
