Job Title: Civil & Structural Coordinator (Building)

We are seeking a skilled Civil & Structural Coordinator to oversee and coordinate all civil and structural aspects of HDB projects.

  • The role requires close collaboration with project managers, design consultants, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution and compliance with structural and civil design requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Civil and structural design activities with consultants and internal project teams
  • Reviewing and interpreting structural drawings, design calculations, and specifications to ensure constructability and compliance with HDB requirements
  • Monitoring site works related to civil and structural elements to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and project schedules
  • Assisting in resolving technical issues on site related to structural works and civil engineering aspects
  • Ensuring proper documentation, including drawings, RFIs, method statements, and progress reports
  • Supporting project management in coordinating with authorities (e.g., HDB, BCA) for approvals and inspections
  • Conducting site inspections and providing feedback to ensure work aligns with approved plans and standards
  • Coordinating with subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient completion of civil and structural works
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in civil and structural coordination, preferably on HDB projects
  • Knowledge of HDB technical requirements, design standards, and construction practices
