Job Title: Structural Coordinator

Join a dynamic team and take on the role of a Structural Coordinator in our construction company. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for coordinating structural works and drawings to ensure timely completion and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors on structural works and drawings.
  • Oversee the implementation of construction projects and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Review and submit shop-drawings, RFI, RFA, MOS, MAS, and other relevant documents.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, and sub-contractors on structural issues.
  • Lead structural coordination meetings and prepare relevant meeting minutes.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry.
  • Excellent team spirit, good interpersonal skills, and 'can-do' attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Project Scheduling Software.
  • Knowledge in BIM (Revit) / VDC software is an added advantage.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with construction software and tools.
