Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Structural Supervisor to oversee structural works on site and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety, and quality standards.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to utilize their expertise in supervising structural works, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring structural works on site to guarantee adherence to approved drawings, specifications, safety, and quality standards;
  • Coordinating with RTO, consultants, and subcontractors to facilitate inspections and approvals;
  • Conducting daily site checks to verify workmanship and materials before inspection;
  • Maintaining accurate records of inspection requests and QA/QC reports;
  • Reporting progress, issues, and non-conformance matters to the Structural Engineer/Project Manager.
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma/ITE Certificate in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent;
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in supervising structural works within the construction industry;
  • Familiarity with local codes, standards, and RTO inspection procedures;
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to manage subcontractors and site workers.
