The ideal candidate for this role is a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in overseeing the delivery of high-specification structural projects.

This includes expertise in managing multidisciplinary teams, external consultants, and subcontractors across complex project timelines. The successful individual will possess a deep understanding of modular steelwork, composite cladding, and structural envelope detailing.

A key aspect of this position is to lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring that all aspects of the project are coordinated effectively, from design to installation. Strong communication skills are essential to liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients to ensure technical compliance and quality assurance.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-specification structural or façade projects on time and within budget. They will also have experience with risk assessments, technical reviews, and system compatibility checks across bonded panel and metal structural components.

Additionally, they will be responsible for conducting procurement and logistics planning for specialty materials and ensuring adherence to local building codes, safety standards, and quality management systems documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for structural packages involving Bondax composite systems, steel frameworks, and façade elements.
  • Coordinate with design, fabrication, and installation teams for metal structural works (e.g. curtain wall, cladding, sub-frames).
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients to ensure technical compliance and quality assurance.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, resource planning, and subcontractor performance from award to handover.
  • Conduct risk assessments, technical reviews, and system compatibility checks across bonded panel and metal structural components.
  • Oversee procurement and logistics planning for specialty materials (e.g., composite metal panels, anchor systems).
  • Ensure adherence to local BCA regulations, safety standards, and QMS documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project management within structural, façade, or real estate construction sectors.
  • Deep expertise in Bondax system applications and metal structure integration, including design coordination, procurement, and installation oversight.
  • Proven leadership in end-to-end delivery of high-specification structural or façade projects.
