Job Title: Structural Project Coordinator

The role of a Technical Manager is pivotal in overseeing and directing the execution of ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend high-level meetings with consultants and architects to discuss project progress and plans.
  • Supervise and conduct thorough checks on all ongoing projects to ensure compliance with established standards and best practices.
  • Lead a team of skilled workers specializing in structural building works, providing guidance and direction to achieve project objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Post-Graduate Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in specialist building works of structural steel.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and leadership.
  • Familiarity with relevant Statutory requirements and compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with people at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Project management software.
