Job Title: Civil and Structural Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Civil and Structural Project Coordinator to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating civil and structural works on-site, ensuring smooth execution according to design and schedule. They will also liaise between project management, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve technical or construction issues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring progress of structural and civil works, including foundations, piling, reinforced concrete, and superstructure works.
  • Conducting site inspections and documenting observations to ensure compliance with design, codes, and quality standards.
  • Assisting in reviewing drawings, method statements, and work schedules.
  • Maintaining records of site activities, progress reports, and relevant documentation for project management.
  • Ensuring compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies.
  • Supporting the Project Manager or Site Manager in planning and coordination of resources, manpower, and equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in civil and structural coordination, preferably with a main contractor.
  • Familiarity with civil and structural construction methods, materials, and practices.
  • A basic understanding of structural drawings, specifications, and construction standards.
