**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare civil and structural drawings, including external works, drains, sewer lines, RC trenches, and linkways based on design sketches or markups from Engineers.
- Develop structural layout plans from architectural and structural design intent.
- Produce accurate and detailed drawings in compliance with LTA and PUB requirements.
- Coordinate and incorporate engineers' and authority feedback into submission drawings.
- Organise and maintain an updated filing system for drawings, plans, and submission documentation.
- Prepare and update As-Built drawings and support documentation for submission.
- Perform other drafting and documentation tasks as assigned by engineers.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Higher NITEC in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in civil/structural drafting, particularly in external works and infrastructure-related projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must. Knowledge of Revit or Civil 3D will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of BCA submission standards, LTA road and drain alignment, and PUB sewer and drainage guidelines.
- Experience in coordinating with authority submission requirements (e.g., PUB DC, LTA RCC, NParks).
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with engineers and consultants.
