Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Structural Project Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating structural building projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To attend regular meetings with consultants and architects to discuss project progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • To supervise and check ongoing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • To lead a team of skilled workers on structural building works, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • To perform other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the project.


Requirements

A bachelor's degree or post-graduate degree in civil or structural engineering is essential. Additionally, a minimum of 5 years of practical experience in the execution of specialist building works of structural steel is required. You must have a track record of previous projects that you have successfully led and be knowledgeable about relevant statutory requirements and compliance.

Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards is also necessary. Good interpersonal skills are required to communicate effectively with people at all levels, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project is a must.
