Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil and Structural Project Lead to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will lead the overall execution of projects, tailoring them to meet specific project requirements.
  • Candidate reviews designs, specifications, calculations, and other submittals, and oversees the project assessment phases.
  • The Senior Civil and Structural Engineer possesses excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Review the outcomes of feasibility studies
  2. Review proposed solutions
  3. Develop risk management plans and risk controls
  4. Review project scope and requirements in alignment with relevant stakeholder objectives

Requirements:

  • Recognized Degree in Building Construction Management, Civil and/or Structural Engineering, building discipline or equivalent
  • Minimum 5-7 years experience in the Singapore Construction Industry, high-rise commercial building / mixed development/semiconductor factory/healthcare building project is preferred.
  • Knowledge in BIM
