Senior Project Manager - Civil Structure Design

Lead a project team to achieve successful delivery of civil structure design projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in construction methodology, quality control, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Oversee the development of project plans, schedules, and risk assessments to mitigate potential issues.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure effective project implementation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Monitor and maintain high site housekeeping standards, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety protocols.
  • Work closely with the project manager to ensure accurate project costing, monthly progress claims, and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in design and build projects, specifically in pre-cast construction.
  • Proven track record in site execution, technical resolution, and stakeholder engagement.
