Job Title: Lead Civil and Structural Engineer

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced civil and structural engineer to lead our team in the design and development of various projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop civil and structural engineering plans, drawings, and specifications for various projects.
  • Conduct structural analyses and calculations to ensure the safety and integrity of buildings and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate project deliverables.
  • Identify and resolve complex engineering challenges, providing innovative solutions that meet regulatory requirements and client expectations.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
  • Mentor junior engineers, sharing knowledge and expertise to develop their capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Professional Engineer or equivalent, with at least 8 years' post-qualification experience in civil and structural engineering.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or similar qualification.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading design and delivery of complex civil and structural engineering projects.
  • Proficient in industry-standard engineering software such as AutoCAD, ETABS, and SAP2000.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with local building regulations and codes.
