Job Title: Service Delivery Manager

Thales is seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team in Singapore. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading the service delivery team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers and identify their needs to deliver high-quality service.
  • Lead the service delivery team, manage conflicts, and ensure that processes and tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • Organize activities and meet deadlines to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to determine service delivery criteria and solutions for issues that arise.
  • Manage incidents, provide root cause analysis, and incident reports for critical incidents.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports to customers and Thales management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supporting mission-critical systems.
  • Ability to work in a highly pressured fast-paced environment.
  • Prior working knowledge in RedHat Enterprise Linux, Windows Server, and Kubernetes is preferred.
  • Good listening and analytical skills, with a positive working attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
