We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to excel in our in-house reservations department. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our reservations process.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service with an emphasis on consistency, flexibility, and satisfaction.
- Process reservations efficiently and accurately while maintaining a positive and engaging work environment.
- Maintain records, resolve queries, and adhere to hotel selling strategies.
- Promote our loyalty program and deliver high standards of customer service.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure operational efficiency.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Office.
- Outstanding administration and organizational skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner.
- Able to work independently with a positive attitude and commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
