About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to oversee and bring expertise to our team at Rolls-Royce Power Systems. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing pre-defined Data Center Key Accounts in APAC and developing long-term relationships with respective Key Accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Data Center Key Accounts in APAC and develop strategies to win and grow new clients.
  • Develop and implement turn-key solutions for clients, including equipment delivery, customized scope, peripherals, logistics, installation & commissioning, and service agreements.
  • Assess and work on complex tenders, including technical and commercial clarification of specifications, terms & conditions, and scope of works.
  • Prepare and submit holistic quotations, including commercial offers, bills of material, scope demarcation, technical submittals, and service information.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as application & sales engineering, controlling, project management, service, network management, order management, R&D, subsidiaries, and other supporting functions, to successfully quote and execute turn-key projects.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs for Rolls-Royce Solutions' Data Center Direct Sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with global and regional market trends in the Data Center environment and make strategic decisions to grow the business.
  • Utilize internal sales and information tools, such as CRM, configuration tools, information databases, computerized engineering tools, technical libraries, and factory standards, for sales work and planning.

Requirements:

  • University / college studies in Business Administration or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the data center industry or emergency power generation business.
  • Strong sales track record from lead to quote to order to completed project & installations.
  • Knowledge of Data Center infrastructure market & technicalities.
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills, and team management.
  • Independent, reliable, and proactive personality.
