Job Description:

The role of a Talent Acquisition Specialist is to collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Talent Acquisition Specialists source and attract candidates through various channels, screen CVs, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

They manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience.

Talent Acquisition Specialists maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activity.

They assist in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress are provided to the HR team and hiring managers.

Talent Acquisition Specialists support other HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferably in the tech, fin-tech industry.
  • Talent hiring experience for Web3/Crypto companies would be a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to deliver and drive for results under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong values, ethics, and integrity.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication in English.
