Job Title: Hiring Manager & HR Strategist

Job Description:

This is a highly specialized role that oversees the entire Human Resources function, aligning with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will have an exceptional background in HR, outstanding communication skills, and proven leadership abilities.

The incumbent will develop and implement strategies to attract top talent, including recruitment processes, job postings, and employee referrals. Additionally, they will design and deliver performance appraisal processes, providing feedback and coaching to employees to enhance their performance and development.

A key responsibility of this role is creating and maintaining comprehensive HR policies and procedures, aligned with local labor laws and industry best practices. This includes leading initiatives to improve employee engagement, motivation, and productivity, fostering a positive work environment.

The Hiring Manager & HR Strategist will identify skill gaps and develop training programs to upskill employees, enhancing their capabilities and contributing to organizational success. They will also maintain accurate employee records, ensuring efficient use of HR systems and minimizing administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of progressive HR experience, with more than 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of local employment laws and HR best practices, excellent interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills, proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
