We are seeking a strategic and proactive Talent Acquisition professional to join our dynamic HR team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-centric environment and is passionate about employer branding and recruitment excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and supporting onboarding activities.

  • Candidate Engagement: Serve as a friendly and professional point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring journey.

  • Hiring Administration: Maintain and update recruitment trackers, HR systems, and candidate databases accurately and timely.

  • Employer Branding Support: Assist in organising and participating in recruitment events, career fairs, and engagement campaigns.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with hiring managers and HRBP team members to align on recruitment needs and timelines.

  • HR Projects & Adhoc Support:

    • Participate in ad-hoc HR initiatives and projects related to recruitment and employee experience.

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field.

  • IHRP-CA/CP is a plus.

  • 1 to 2 years of recruitment experience; internship or part-time F&B recruitment experience is a bonus.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with recruitment platforms (e.g., JobStreet, FastJobs, MyCareersFuture).

  • A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for people.
