Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, applicant screening, and interview scheduling

  • Manage employee benefits, leave administration, and training programs

  • Update and maintain HR databases, generate reports, and prepare documents for submission

  • Provide administrative support to senior management and employees

  • Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and training sessions

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR support or administrative roles

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Familiarity with HR software and systems a plus
