Job Overview:

This is an IT support group seeking a Sales / Logistics Coordinator to handle sales enquiries, generate quotations, and coordinate order consolidation. The ideal candidate will possess experience in Microsoft 365 and have a Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle sales enquiries and generate quotations
  • Coordinate order consolidation and ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time
  • Prepare shipping documents for export clearance, including Bill of Lading and packing lists
  • Provide timely updates on cargo arrival/departure dates to stakeholders
  • Liaise with the Logistics Department on delivery schedules and inventory matters
  • Process invoices from external service providers and assist with warranty and insurance claims
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and shipping documents

Requirements:
  • Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Experience in sales support and Microsoft 365
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
