Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in the preparation of proposals, quotes, contracts and sale reports.
  • Maintain and update sales documentation, including invoices, contracts and client information.
  • Coordinate sales team meetings and manage calendars, schedules and client appointments.
  • Handle customer inquiries via email, phone or in person providing information about products and service.
  • Process sales orders and follow up on order status, ensuring timely delivery and accurate tracking.
  • Liaise between customers and the internal departments (logistics, finance, engineering, etc) to ensure the efficient execution of orders.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory team for product availability.
  • Manage the CRM system, ensuring all client data is up to date.
  • Track sales metrics, generate reports and assist the sales team in meeting their sales target.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in sales support or similar role
  • Familiar with sales performance metrics and KPIs
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment and support a dynamic sales team
