Brand Strategist

As a results-driven Brand Strategist, you will lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives that drive growth and enhance customer loyalty. This strategic role involves driving branding efforts, developing promotional materials, and collaborating with operations and front-line staff to ensure alignment with service delivery.

You'll play a critical role in shaping the public perception of our wellness and foot therapy services, leveraging various advertising platforms, and conducting competitor analysis to identify trends and recommend strategies for market positioning. You'll also be responsible for maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints and supporting partnerships, events, and customer retention programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase walk-in clients and online bookings.
  • Research and leverage various advertising platforms to strengthen outreach.
  • Manage the development of promotional materials, visuals, and in-store collaterals aligned with brand identity.
  • Collaborate with operations and front-line staff to ensure marketing efforts align with service delivery.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, identify trends, and recommend strategies for market positioning.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Support partnerships, events, and customer retention programs.
Requirements:
  1. Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  2. Previous managerial experience in retail, wellness, hospitality, or service industries.
  3. Proven ability to run integrated campaigns and increase customer engagement.
  4. Strong marketing sense with experience in in-house promotions, branding, or loyalty programs.
  5. Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.
  6. Bilingual in English and Mandarin (or local dialects) preferred to liaise with a diverse clientele.
