Product Manager for Consumer Loyalty

The Consumer Experience product team focuses on consumer growth, engagement, and loyalty. We drive economic growth by empowering everyone with heart, hunger, honour, and humility.

Our ideal candidate will lead the strategy and product roadmap for Consumer Loyalty, developing and driving the product vision and strategy that aligns with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Vision and Strategy:
    • Develop and drive the product vision and strategy for consumer loyalty products.
    • Propose and explore new features and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Data-Driven Decisions:
    • Use data analytics to understand user behavior and trends in content consumption.
    • Make informed decisions based on data analysis.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Lead cross-functional teams to grow User Generated Content on the platform.
    • Communicate product updates, roadmap, and performance to stakeholders and leadership.
Essential Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Product Management, in lead roles with a focus on consumer loyalty or engagement.
  • Proven success in defining and implementing successful product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Ability to define and track metrics that measure the success of products.
