Senior Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Senior Analyst to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving our analytics efforts in the Onboarding and KYC Team. This includes improving customer experiences, implementing localized verification methods, reducing fraudulent activity, and verifying customer identities at scale.

  • Identify opportunities to improve the onboarding funnel in APAC markets.
  • Monitor key metrics and own the alerting process so teams are notified in a timely manner.
  • Size, track performance and identify optimization opportunities for key strategic initiatives.
  • Provide in-depth analysis on product metrics while measuring the corresponding impact on customers.
  • Inspire a team environment where ideas are shared and openness is valued.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 4+ years of experience.
  • A strong analytical mind and product intuition, centered around the banking and financial industry in APAC.
  • Technical skills in Python, advanced SQL, and BI tools.
  • Experience working with technical teams (PMs, engineers, designers, analysts).
  • Relevant experience in a data-driven and complex environment with limited guidance.
  • Understanding of events data - Mixpanel / Google Analytics / Amplitude or similar.
  • Excellent data visualization and presentation skills.
  • A hustler mentality and the ability to take work beyond analysis and get things done.
