Responsibilities
Engage with stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and opportunities.
Elicit, document, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements.
Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications.
Analyze existing workflows and recommend process enhancements.
Identify inefficiencies and propose cost-effective solutions.
Collaborate with IT teams, developers, and UX/UI designers to ensure solutions align with requirements.
Support testing phases by validating functionality against business needs.
Act as the liaison between business units and technical teams.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate findings and updates.
Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), use cases, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
Track project progress and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
