Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs and developing effective solutions to meet those needs.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations and technology systems, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design and implement system solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and document business requirements through meetings and analysis.
  • Design and implement system solutions that meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and integration of new systems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system solutions.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Experience working in an Agile software development environment.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, .NET, React, Java or similar.
  • Knowledge of database management systems, including Microsoft SQL and Open-Source Databases.
  • Experience with Azure AI Studio and Azure OpenAI Service, including prompt engineering and model deployment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
