Business Analyst - Banking Systems

This is a high-profile position that requires the skills of both Business and System Analysts.

The role involves analyzing and optimizing banking systems and processes to drive efficiency, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project leads and stakeholders to develop strategic initiatives and drive business growth.
  • Support the project lifecycle from requirement gathering to implementation.
  • Analyze business operations and systems within the banking sector, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Coordinate with system stakeholders in Japan, Singapore, and other APAC regions to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders, including executives, team members, and clients.
  • Manage time, communication, risks, and tasks within your area of responsibility to deliver high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in information technology or Computer Science and at least 5 years of experience in defining requirements, analyzing business data, designing, specification formulation, and technical construction as a Business Analyst and System Analyst.

Knowledge and practical experience required for the respective systems include FAST/GIRO Payment, XB/MEPS Payment, Internal Data Interface, and Loan and Trade. The successful candidate will be able to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
