Key Business Analyst Position Available

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in gathering business requirements, supporting multiple applications systems and platforms, and ensuring that data engineers and business users have a common understanding of the project goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with business users/product owners to gather business requirements and support multiple application systems and platforms;
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications and scripts;
- Create and execute testing plans and coordinate User Acceptance Test (UAT);
- Facilitate the tracking and reporting of project progress, issues, and risks to ensure timely delivery of project milestones;
- Proficiently support multiple application systems and platforms and adhere to organizational standards and guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or Computer Science;
- At least 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role delivering and supporting IT applications;
- Strong understanding of business needs with a keen interest in business process analysis and re-engineering;
- Demonstrated skills in SQL including the ability to write and understand queries;
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders;
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to develop innovative solutions.
Desired Skills
- Experience in Hospitality/Leisure-based applications;
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certified.
