Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT System/Business Analyst to join our team. This role requires a skilled professional with expertise in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and IT project implementation.

  • Engage with stakeholders to manage communication and gather requirements for IT projects.
  • Lead user requirements gathering and facilitate the business analysis process for various projects.
  • Develop application solutions, contribute to UI/UX design, and ensure software testing aligns with project goals.

This role demands excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to ensure the successful delivery of large-scale projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum 5 years of work experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar position, preferably in managing large-scale front-facing projects.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management of Information Systems, Information/Infocom Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven hands-on experience with IT project implementation, including user requirements gathering, IT business analysis, application solutioning, and UI/UX design.
  • Familiarity with AGILE methodologies and experience in Cloud platform projects.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Figma, MS Visio, and Tricentis Tosca.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders.
