Guest Service Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Assistant to join our team at Far East Organization. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide efficient and courteous baggage handling services to guests, including check-in and check-out procedures.
- Work closely with the Residence Manager and Deputy Residence Manager to resolve guest complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the Front Office Cashier to ensure seamless guest arrivals and departures.
- Establish relationships with house guests and long-staying guests, offering assistance and support as needed.
- Conduct regular courtesy calls to guests to ensure their stay is meeting their expectations.
- Stay up-to-date on local tourist information and attractions to provide guests with recommendations and advice.
- Manage and maintain stock of promotional materials for daily operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by superiors, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- O-Level or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Positive attitude, outgoing personality, and excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in hospitality and knowledge of hotel management systems (HMS) is an advantage.
