Job Summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Office Operations
    • Provide check-in, check-out, and meet-and-greet services to guests
    • Ensure timely and efficient room assignments and key distribution
    • Manage guest requests and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Guest Relations
    • Build strong relationships with guests to understand their needs and preferences
    • Offer personalized recommendations and services to enhance the guest experience
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Communication and Problem-Solving
    • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and other departments
    • Resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
    • Provide accurate and timely information to guests regarding hotel services and facilities
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
