Marina Bay Sands is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience during their stay.
Key Responsibilities- Front Office Operations
- Provide check-in, check-out, and meet-and-greet services to guests
- Ensure timely and efficient room assignments and key distribution
- Manage guest requests and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Guest Relations
- Build strong relationships with guests to understand their needs and preferences
- Offer personalized recommendations and services to enhance the guest experience
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Communication and Problem-Solving
- Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and other departments
- Resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate and timely information to guests regarding hotel services and facilities
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
