Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Southeast Asia for Foot Locker. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving profitable and sustainable sales growth while maintaining the image of the adidas Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve net sales and market share growth targets for assigned key accounts and categories.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Foot Locker SEA, Global/SEA key Foot Locker stakeholders, and account marketing teams.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, order book management, and sell-in activities for adidas across all countries where Foot Locker is present.
  • Manage cost center budget and sales working budget to ensure compliance and optimize performance.
  • Lead and develop a Key Account Manager to support sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business with a focus on marketing and sales.
  • At least 4 years of experience in sales as a Key Account Manager or in the field, preferably in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG.
  • Strong leadership skills with > 2 years of experience in managing teams.
  • Excellent industry knowledge and exposure to sports, marketing, and account marketing.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
