Marketing Strategy Executive

The role of Marketing Strategy Executive is to lead the development and implementation of innovative marketing strategies that drive revenue growth for high-value retail assets. This includes curating and implementing strategic partnerships with leading brands, advertisers, and event partners to maximize commercial potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive revenue growth across high-value retail assets.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, marketing teams, and external partners.
  • Deliver insightful market research and analysis to inform business decisions and optimize commercial opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to integrate sponsorships, leasing initiatives, and flagship campaigns with premium customer engagement programs.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure strategic alignment and optimal returns on investment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in marketing communications, casual leasing, or advertising sales within a large-scale retail environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving ambitious revenue targets through effective stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze complex data sets to inform business decisions.
  • Leadership capability to develop and motivate high-performing teams.
