Administrative and Sales Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable part-time admin clerk to provide administrative and sales support for our food distribution business in Yishun. As an Administrative and Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our office operations, ensuring seamless communication with clients, and contributing to the success of our team.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and sales support to ensure efficient office operations
- Maintain accurate physical and digital filing systems
- Handle phone calls, direct callers to relevant personnel, and respond to customer inquiries
- Process emails, digital queries, and correspondence in a timely manner
- Familiarize yourself with MS Office software and perform other ad-hoc general clerk duties as required
Working Hours
Our working hours are 5.5 days a week, from 8am to 5pm (Alternate Saturdays). This provides a great work-life balance while allowing you to contribute to the growth of our company.
