Sales and Administrative Coordinator

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales administration, with experience in coordination and procurement. A diploma in marketing or business fields is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. At least one to two years of experience in sales administration and coordination will be advantageous.
About the Role- Prepare sales documents, including proforma invoices, contracts of sales, sales orders, quotations, and other relevant documents.
- Follow up on product labels, ensuring label designs are approved by customers.
- Consolidate and update sales forecasts and summaries.
- Assist the business support team in procurement coordination.
- Liaise with suppliers for the printing of product labels, leaflets, and other packaging materials.
- Liaise with regional offices for sales/marketing-related matters.
- Liaise with various departments to fulfill customer orders.
- Coordinate exhibitions held locally or overseas.
- Sourcing and coordinating diaries, calendars, table planners, and corporate gifts.
- Attending to visitors and setting up meetings.
- Travel arrangement for hotel and flight booking, visa application, and submission.
- Double-tax deduction submission to IE Singapore.
- Distribution of mail to directors.
- Provide secretarial duties to directors.
- Handling telephone enquiries and email.
- A strong understanding of sales administration and coordination principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
$35,000 - $45,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
