Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrative Coordinator to join our team at HMLY PTE LTD.

This is a full-time position that requires excellent coordination and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales Team, preparing delivery orders, purchasing orders, and invoices, and handling phone and email enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide sales administrative support to the Sales Team, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries.
  • Assist in the preparation of delivery orders, purchasing orders, and invoices.
  • Handle phone and email enquiries, maintaining good communication with customers and colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate records of documents and correspondences.
  • Prepare schedule plans and arrange deliveries.
Requirements:
  • Good coordination and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Administrative experience in the sales department is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including medical insurance, paid annual leave, and opportunities for professional development.
