As Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing, planning, and executing marketing strategies to support sales growth. Working closely with the General Manager, you will oversee CRM, digital marketing, PR, social media, and retail execution, ensuring a cohesive brand experience.

The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of business acumen and technical expertise, with a strong understanding of consumer marketing and the Singapore market.

Key responsibilities include:

Channel & Retail Marketing

  • Develop and implement go-to-market channel marketing plans
  • Ensure timely execution of marketing activations offline and online
  • Analyze potential partner relationships for product range, positioning strategy, pricing, and promotions
  • Communicate effectively with channel partners to align on product and trade marketing objectives

Product Management

  • Consolidate and update post-campaign reports and provide sales results analysis
  • Manage forecasting and sampling for product launches and trade activities
  • Track product registration in Singapore to ensure timely registration
  • Conduct market trend analysis and monitor competitors' moves

Candidate Requirements

  • More than 4 years of brand management and/or marketing experience in beauty and/or FMCG industry
  • Experience in luxury beauty or consumer brand advantageous
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven track record in a target-driven environment

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
