Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, recruiting, training, and developing life division agencies to achieve growth and production targets. Key responsibilities include:
  • Designing and executing training programs, sales activities, and promotional initiatives to boost agency productivity.
  • Driving branch growth through production management, recruitment, and manpower development, focusing on maintaining a strong active agent ratio.
  • Providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure agencies reach their targets.
  • Cordinating with the Operations Department to manage and resolve life operations matters effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in the Insurance Industry.
  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
