- Monitor staff progress and provide feedback to ensure effective performance.
- Take charge of assignment planning and scheduling to ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant area.
- Teach empowerment principles to ensure guests' satisfaction.
- Lead by example and motivate associates to excel.
- Maintain fair and consistent counseling and disciplinary procedures.
- Monitor hours and staff overtime to optimize sales and profits.
- Minimum GCE 'O' levels and/or Diploma in Hotel Management.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
