  17. Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant area.
  18. Teach empowerment principles to ensure guests' satisfaction.
  19. Lead by example and motivate associates to excel.
  20. Maintain fair and consistent counseling and disciplinary procedures.
  21. Monitor hours and staff overtime to optimize sales and profits.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE 'O' levels and/or Diploma in Hotel Management.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
