Job Title: Program Manager
Location: Singapore
Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that drive operational excellence and strategic growth.
This role involves managing multiple complex projects across teams, regions, or business units.
Responsibilities include planning and leading strategic programs, defining program goals, timelines, KPIs, and success metrics, coordinating multiple projects and teams under a unified program structure, tracking program-level risks, budgets, and deliverables, communicating effectively with stakeholders and executive sponsors, driving continuous improvement and scalability across business functions, supporting change management, stakeholder alignment, and impact analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Based in Singapore with valid work authorization
- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in project/program management, ideally in a matrixed or global organization
- Strong understanding of program governance and reporting
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g. Asana, Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet)
- PMP, PgMP, or Agile certification preferred
