Cross-Functional Program Coordinator Role

We're seeking an ambitious and results-driven individual to spearhead the implementation of high-priority projects across multiple business units. As a Cross-Functional Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless collaboration among various teams, fostering open communication, and driving timely decision-making to achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop project plans, coordinate tasks, and track progress to ensure alignment with multi-year objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Product, Tooling, Analytics, Knowledge Management, Training, and Workforce Management, to prioritize tasks and accelerate progress.
  • Influence product roadmaps, feature decisions, and engineering processes to optimize resource allocation and improve outcomes.
  • Define program requirements, execute initiatives, and drive timely decisions to clear blockers and accelerate progress.
  • Manage challenging goals, propose valuable initiatives, and contribute to glidepath development.
  • Identify program dependencies, foster collaboration, and unblock issues effectively.
  • Proactively identify, innovate, and implement solutions to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Program Management, Customer Support Operations, or Product Operations.
  • Motivated by our mission and driven to craft a seamless support experience for our global customer base.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Track record of developing and implementing mechanisms that enabled quality to scale 5x.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
  • Passionate about creating an upleveled, localized Customer Support experience for customers.
  • Strong familiarity with web3 and an active user of decentralized products.
  • Experience utilizing AI to transform operations.
  • Previous experience in Tech, Crypto, Finance, or Fintech.
  • Advanced understanding of data analytics and ability to read & write SQL queries.
