Role**:Cross Functional PMO**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan project schedules and resource allocation, considering dependencies.
- Manage project issues and provide documentation for management reporting.
- Set critical evaluation criteria (e.g., Critical Points) and coordinating with the departments (e.g., IT, Compliance, Front office, Transaction banking).
- Respond to regulatory requirements and support administrative task.
- Provide regular updates on progress, challenges and solutions.
- Oversee PMO activities across all corporate banking business areas.
- Confirm and follow up on project progress across business areas, address issues, and take actions to resolve them.
- Consolidate status reports from business area PMOs and report to Overall Control & Planning.
- Coordinate costs and resources across business areas by working with Overall Control & Planning.
- Work with stakeholders, including Business and IT teams, to ensure needs and expectations are met.
**Basic Requirements**:
- Extensive experience in managing PMO tasks, particularly in core banking projects.
- Proven ability to lead and execute all PMO tasks.
- Background in the banking industry (either as an employee or consultant).
- Familiarity with package system implementations.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and Proactive in solving problems.
- Experience in core banking projects.
- Experience in managing cross-functional issues in areas like Remittance, Trade Finance, Corporate Lending, Markets, and Security.
- Education: Diploma/bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently or in teams.
- User Interaction & Requirements Gathering: Experience interacting with users to gather and refine project requirements will be an advantage.
- Experience in developing user-friendly automation tools to enhance project efficiency will be an advantage.
