Responsibilities

As a Governance & Experience Associate, you will be part of a regional team supporting compliance and strategy operations.

This entry-level role is designed for early-career professionals eager to learn and grow within the e-commerce governance space.

You'll contribute to meaningful initiatives while rotating across multiple domains.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Final year student (graduate in 2026) or recent graduates with less than 1 year of working experience, majoring in Business Administration, Public Policy, Political Science, International Relations, Law, Data Analytics, Economics, or related fields.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

Willingness to grow and learn, and be exposed to different projects.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate across multiple teams and regions.

Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with sound judgment.

Proactive mindset with curiosity to learn about new product categories and business dynamics.

Preferred Qualification

Experience in E-commerce.
