Customer Success Director

SAP SE is a leader in enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, serving over 400,000 customers worldwide. As a Digital Customer Renewal Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales and growth within our customer base.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Digital Customer Renewal Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and expansion within our customer portfolio. You will work closely with our Enterprise customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expansion within our customer portfolio
Work closely with our Enterprise customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and support delivery of add-on revenue goals
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to ensure successful solution deployment and customer satisfaction
Contribute to organizational growth projects and maintain a clean book of business to ensure data integrity
Meet and achieve account retention, pipeline building, and revenue goals
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in an Account Management or Sales role
Proficient in written and spoken English and Korean
Extensive experience in handling Korean customers
Enterprise Software & SaaS industry experience preferred
Strong team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
