Key Areas of Focus:- Develop and implement customer-centric ecommerce strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of ecommerce initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and sentiment to inform strategy adjustments.
You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our analytics teams to track key performance metrics and measure success, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and optimize performance.
