Aesopica is looking for an innovative Marketing Manager to drive brand growth, enhance customer experience, and expand our market reach. This individual will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing budgets, and leading a high-performing marketing team.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
• Design and execute cutting-edge marketing campaigns to captivate target audiences
• Foster a culture of innovation within the marketing team to stay ahead of industry trends
• Develop and implement metrics to measure marketing effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• 4-8 years of marketing experience, preferably in consumer goods
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience within a marketing team
• Demonstrated expertise in multiple areas, including Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Event Marketing, Creative & Production, eCommerce Marketing & Optimisation
