Job Overview

This is a key role within our team that involves developing and implementing comprehensive benefit programs across Asia Pacific. Reporting to the Vice President of APAC Benefits, you will provide critical support in strategy, governance, and operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and experience in managing multiple priorities and deadlines. They will be responsible for designing and delivering programs to 1,000+ employees across Asia Pacific, collaborating with colleagues globally as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop program proposals/reviews, presenting findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Asia Pacific and globally as required
  • Drive employee engagement and marketing initiatives to increase visibility and commerciality of the programs
  • Manage relationships with key program vendors
  • Manage advisory and technological services to the business, including benefit systems and vendor management

Governance and Compliance:

  • Identify and implement opportunities to automate processes and improve efficiencies
  • Ensure programs are compliant with local regulations
  • Partner with internal groups to accomplish ongoing tasks and approvals
  • Manage and navigate internal vendor management and risk policies

Operations and Support:

  • Assist in routine delivery of on-going administration, including payroll and tax reporting
  • Support vendor management and track performance against KPIs/SLAs
  • Manage escalated employee issues
  • Investigate disruption to processes and propose solutions to prevent recurrence

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a proven track record of successful project and operational delivery in HR
  • Results-oriented; ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong critical thinking and risk management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
