Opportunities & Exposure

This internship provides the opportunity to be part of Benefit Cosmetics and work collaboratively with international and culturally diverse teams. You will gain hands-on experience in training coordination, reporting, and social media education support, and learn how education drives business growth in the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Monthly Training Report
- Ensure timely submission of monthly training reports within the region.
- Consolidate and compile market reports for submission to the Regional Education Director.
- Identify areas of improvement and challenges from different markets.

2. Social Media Training Management
- Coordinate preparation for social media education programs.
- Support and partner in training initiatives for Instagram and other online platforms.
- Assist in monitoring engagement and compiling feedback on social media training effectiveness.

3. Training Coordination
- Manage training logistics for classroom training and education events.
- Support full training set-up (materials, tools, digital platforms).
- Plan and propose interactive training activities for virtual sessions.
- Compile and summarize training outcomes after each training session.

4. Administrative & Learning Support
- Assist in creating training decks, handouts, and evaluation forms.
- Help maintain the training calendar and track participation.
- Manage product testers, samples, and training tools.
- Support research on beauty trends, competitor activities, and best practices in training.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Liaise with Marketing, Retail, and HR teams to align training projects.
- Participate in regional calls/meetings to observe how global and regional teams work together.

**Qualifications**
- Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
- Able to commit full time internship from Jan 26 to Jun 26
- Passionate about beauty and cosmetics.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of Canva or video editing is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
